Staff Product Manager (Government Products)

Join Robinhood as a Staff Product Manager for Government Products. In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our Government Products portfolio, guiding a dedicated team to build and launch large-scale new products. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external government partners, navigating complex regulatory environments. This position is based in New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week and regular travel to Washington DC.

• Establish and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Government Products, including scaling Trump Accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Guide a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to take large-scale, trusted consumer financial products from concept to national launch.
• Work closely with key internal partners across legal, compliance, policy, operations, finance, and communications, as well as external partners, to ensure products are built with high quality and integrity.
• Product strategy & judgment: Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into a clear strategy, roadmap, and execution plans
• 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer fintech product experiences
• Collaborative leadership: Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with a track record of guiding highly cooperative teams and building alignment
• Partner & regulatory experience: Experience working with third-party partners on large-scale projects and collaborating with legal, compliance, operations, policy, or regulated-product partners
• Data-driven & mission-aligned: Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision-making, coupled with excitement about building products that can expand financial access at national scale
