Risk and Compliance Lead

Join Robinhood, a financial services company on a mission to democratize finance for all. As a Senior Risk and Compliance Associate, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening Robinhood UK's compliance program. You will lead compliance initiatives, support the development of risk and control frameworks, and provide guidance on regulatory obligations and product design. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of compliance experience within UK financial services, strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• 3-5 years of compliance experience within UK financial services, including experience working within an FCA-regulated environment
• Comfortable reviewing operational processes, identifying control gaps, and recommending practical improvements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Based in the United Kingdom
• Strong working knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty, financial promotions, complaints handling, governance, compliance monitoring, and risk & control frameworks
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing business and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing compliance projects or workstreams involving multiple business areas and operational stakeholders
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving abilities
• Interest in financial technology and the evolving regulatory landscape impacting digital financial services
