Software Developer (Ops Platform & Fraud Investigations)

Collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers, you will automate manual processes and improve system reliability. Your work will focus on processing large datasets, generating insights for fraud investigation, and developing AI-based applications.

• Design and build platforms that enable operational teams to investigate and resolve issues more quickly and accurately, focusing on improving system reliability and reducing operational effort.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to translate manual processes into automated systems, implementing systems that automate manual review processes.
• Define technical direction and make architectural decisions for systems that support operational workflows across multiple product lines, contributing to system improvements that increase development velocity.
• You have experience designing and scaling distributed systems with a focus on reliability and performance
• You understand how to structure systems that manage model behavior and ensure consistent, reliable outputs
• You can translate business processes into technical solutions with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
• You have experience working with large-scale data pipelines and extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets
• You have experience building and operating applications that use large language models or similar AI systems in production environments
