Staff Product Designer (National Impact)

Join Robinhood as a Staff Product Designer, where you'll lead the design of new financial product experiences from concept to national launch. You'll work closely with senior leadership, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to define product direction and create elegant user experiences. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a track record of shipping pixel-perfect work, and fluency in design systems.

• Lead the design for new zero-to-one product experiences, from early concept through national launch.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, elegant user experiences, and ensure design intent survives implementation.
• Build and maintain design systems and patterns that scale craft quality across a growing product line.
• Experience partnering with engineering closely enough to protect visual fidelity through implementation
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments while still holding a high craft bar under deadline pressure
• A track record of shipping pixel-perfect work at scale, not just concepts
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft: precise typography, considered spacing systems, polished motion and micro-interaction work
• Fluency in design systems and the discipline to build for consistency across a growing surface area
