Staff Product Manager (Platform Operations)

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the product strategy for the Operations Platform team, which is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the critical infrastructure needed to protect customers from fraud. You will define the roadmap and system architecture, partner closely with engineering, data science, and Ops leadership, and have a direct impact on company-wide trust metrics.

• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas y la implementación de herramientas de plataforma de alto impacto.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous problems into clear, executable strategies that align with overarching business goals
• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically building and shipping internal tools, fraud/risk operations platforms at scale
• Direct experience shipping AI/ML-based automation and expertise in leveraging product analytics to guide critical product decisions
• Strong technical depth with case management systems, workflow automation platforms or risk decisioning engines
• High self-motivation with a track record of driving complex initiatives from conception to completion
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree, or equivalent practical experience
