SEO Success Manager

Join Botify, a leading AI search technology company, as an SEO Success Manager. In this role, you will engage and enable customers to fully utilize the Botify platform, ensuring their success in achieving business outcomes. You will be responsible for customer onboarding, training, platform configuration, project management, platform support, best practices, documentation, continuous learning, and providing feedback to the product team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in SEO, a strong understanding of search engine behavior, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Customer Onboarding: Work closely with customers to understand their specific SEO strategy and build a success plan that meets their needs and objectives leveraging the Botify platform.
• Training: Identify customers’ core use cases and deliver customized training across various levels and functions in our customers’ organizations.
• Project Management: Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful implementations. Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
