People Operations Manager

Join our team as a People Operations Manager, where you'll be responsible for creating exceptional employee experiences and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You'll manage day-to-day People Operations, support managers and employees, and help build scalable people processes. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, experience with HRIS platforms, and a deep understanding of U.S. employment laws.

• Hands-on experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing Employer of Record (EOR) platforms, preferably Deel
• Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, and global employee operations
• Experience administering performance management platforms such as Leapsome
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and employment regulations
• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS company
• A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for building outstanding employee experiences
