Talent Acquisition & AI Operations Specialist

Join ERGO NEXT as a Talent Acquisition & AI Operations Specialist. In this role, you will manage our Greenhouse ecosystem, optimize recruitment workflows using AI, build and maintain recruiting dashboards, and ensure seamless integration with our tech stack. You will also lead AI enablement and training, support interview coordination, and have a data-first mindset. A deep knowledge of Greenhouse ATS administration and 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a similar data-centric HR role is required.

• Assurer la gestion complète de l'écosystème Greenhouse, y compris l'administration, la configuration des tableaux d'affichage et la génération des lettres d'offre.
• Auditer et optimiser les flux de travail de recrutement pour éliminer les goulets d'étranglement, concevoir et déployer des solutions d'IA pratiques pour aider à la rédaction des descriptions de poste.
• Construire et maintenir des tableaux de bord de recrutement au sein de Greenhouse pour suivre les indicateurs essentiels tels que le temps de remplissage, la source de recrutement et les taux de conversion.
• Data-First Mindset: High proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization) and a sharp eye for catching small data discrepancies before they become big reporting problems
• Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to translate technical system requirements and AI capabilities into simple, clear instructions for non-technical users
• Exceptional AI Fluency: Demonstrable, hands-on experience using generative AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) and low-code/no-code platforms to automate repetitive tasks and build scalable HR workflows. You must possess a builder mentality to translate vague problems into working AI solutions quickly
• Process-Improvement Lens: Strong organizational skills with a passion for identifying inefficiencies and designing technical solutions to fix them
• Deep Greenhouse ATS Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Greenhouse ATS administration, advanced reporting, and system integrations
