About The Role

Join our team as a Junior Operations Specialist and play a key role in driving smooth day-to-day operations and continuously improving our processes. You will oversee the settlement lifecycle of our customers' crypto-asset and financial instrument orders, monitor trade execution, manage client administration, and support corporate actions. You will also act as the first point of contact for customer care on operations-related questions, prepare management reports, and contribute to the development of new products and business expansion.

Oversee the settlement lifecycle of customers' Crypto-Asset and Financial instruments orders, including trade execution monitoring and reconciliation.
Act as the first point of contact for Customer Care on operations-related questions, ensuring high levels of automation and process efficiency.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, and contribute to the development of new products and expansion of the business.
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in crypto/fintech/startups is a plus, but not required
SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required
Excellent analytical skills
Based in Amsterdam
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or higher)
Ability to independently identify and implement process improvements
2+ years of experience in financial or operational roles (brokerage, custody, fintech, or crypto preferred)
