Billing & Collections Specialist

Join our Finance team as a Billing & Collections Specialist in Teaneck, NJ. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end billing and collections process for the US and Canada, ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining healthy accounts receivable, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing workflows and improve system efficiency.

• Associates' or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a recurring revenue or subscription-based environment - Must
• Proactive, process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Hands-on experience with ERP or finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
• 3+ years of experience in ASC 606 revenue recognition, billing, accounts receivable, or collections; international experience a plus
• High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Experience supporting both US and Canadian customers preferred
• Experience working with payment portals such as COUPA, Amazon Payee Central, etc
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, and Google Sheets is a must. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Strong understanding of invoicing, AR reconciliations, and collections best practices
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
