Solution Engineer

Join our US team in Teaneck, NJ as a Solution Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will drive the hyper-growth of our fleet sector and have a significant impact on our products and services. You will act as a point of contact for enterprise customers regarding product-related issues, collaborate with the development team to address and prioritize customer feedback, and assist in identifying new ideas for product improvement. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, manage the product backlog, analyze product performance metrics, and prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

• Act as a point of contact for enterprise customers regarding product-related issues, collaborating with the development team to address and prioritize customer feedback.
• Assist in identifying new ideas and opportunities for product improvement and innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute product enhancements.
• Regularly analyze product performance metrics to assess the business impact, creating reports and presentations to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• 2 + years of experience in product or project management or a related role within a technology-driven environment
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
