About The Role
Join our team as a Vertical Operations Manager, where you will be responsible for the successful execution of delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities within assigned verticals (Fleet, Rental, or Dealership). You will oversee all aspects of planning, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality for installations and maintenance activities. Additionally, you will act as the operational counterpart to the Sales and Implementation teams, manage Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators, oversee installation partners and contractors, and proactively achieve critical operations metrics.

- 5+ years of experience leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams
- Experience managing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service projects
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation management skills
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management (FSM) systems to manage operations and drive performance
- Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting
- Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to make operational decisions using metrics
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
- Experience managing distributed Field Service Engineers (FSEs) or technical field teams
- Experience in the automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or a similar operational environment
- Travel to on-site locations based on business flow
