Regulatory Compliance Lead

Join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Lead, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial and regulatory objectives. You will act as the main point of contact for routine communications with regulators, advise on the applicability of regulatory rules, and assist in converting these into actionable items for the business. You will also play a key role in new license applications, partner with various teams to embed regulatory compliance requirements, coordinate interactions with external auditors, and educate internal stakeholders on industry standards and regulatory expectations. This position offers high autonomy, low bureaucracy, and direct exposure to the Senior Management Team.

• Acting as the main point of contact for routine communications with regulators, drafting regulatory information responses, requests and reports.
• Partnering with Product, Sales, Operations, and other teams to embed regulatory compliance requirements smoothly into new projects, products, and operational processes.
• Coordinating the interaction with external auditors during regulatory audits and supporting the fostering of a strong regulatory culture by educating and advising internal stakeholders.
• We are looking for someone with prior financial services regulatory exposure and familiarity with payments and crypto assets
