About The Role
Join Louvre Hotels Group, one of the largest hospitality groups in the world, as an HR Recruitment Intern. This internship offers the opportunity to develop a recruitment strategy for the Benelux region, gain insight into the organization, and collaborate with various departments. You will be involved in planning, creating a recruitment strategy, presenting ideas, assisting with operational processes, maintaining communication, and building talent pipelines. Ideal candidates are passionate about HR and the hospitality industry, detail-oriented, flexible, and proficient in English and Dutch.
- Plan and coordinate work with the HR team for the Benelux region, creating a recruitment strategy for the hotels.
- Assist with setting up a structure in operational processes and maintain internal and external communication.
- Help build pipelines of diverse talent, providing regular reports on global talent.
**What does a day as a HR Recruitment Intern look like?**
- You plan your work together and coordinate with the HR team for Benelux.
- You create a recruitment strategy for the hotels under the Benelux Region. This includes preparation of vacancies and development of the recruitment platform.
- You present your ideas and visions to the Operations team.
- You will assist with setting up a structure in operational processes.
- You make sure that you maintain internal and external communication. You work on building a network with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- You assist with the initial implementation of the recruitment strategy. You provide guidance and explanation to the General Managers where necessary.
- You help build pipelines of diverse talent, providing regular reports on global talent.

- You have good Microsoft Office skills.
