Join Louvre Hotels Group, one of the largest hospitality groups in the world, as a Recruiter for the Benelux region. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, partnering closely with General Managers and promoting our company culture. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the growth and transformation of our hotels.

• Own the full recruitment cycle from job intake and sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.
• Partner closely with General Managers, maintaining regular touchpoints to align on hiring needs and progress.
• Boost our employer branding, by creating and posting engaging content on LinkedIn and other channels.

**What We’re Looking For**

• 0- 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within hospitality or retail.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
• A strong sense of ownership, structure, and reliability, you get things done on time.
• A proactive, people-focused mindset, with the ability to build great relationships with hotel teams.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for employer branding and social media engagement.
• A self-starter attitude, you enjoy working independently, but thrive on collaboration too.
