About The Role

Join Snap Inc. as a Manager of Ad Partnerships, where you will lead strategic partnerships in the Audiences, Identity, and Signals space. You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, establish new partnerships, support existing ones, and drive growth in Snap's advertising business. This role is based in NYC, SF, or LA and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Expert knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising and ad-effectiveness measurement techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, business strategy, product marketing, product management, or partnerships
  • Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting
  • Ability to effectively work independently and autonomously in an environment with high levels of ambiguity, but thoughtfully escalate problem areas as needed
  • Experience defining, developing and leading projects across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
  • MBA or advanced degree in related field
  • Quantitative/analytical experience, specifically working in data or statistics
  • Experience working as part of an international team
  • Strong product acumen
