Technical Program Manager

Join Snap Inc. as a Technical Program Manager for the Specs team. In this role, you will drive programs for a consumer electronic device from concept to delivery, create hardware project schedules, communicate with various teams, plan milestones, and support troubleshooting. You will also document and execute product specifications and test plans, and develop business relationships with external partners and vendors. • 5+ years experience of electrical, mechanical, or hardware project management at a tech or consumer electronics company
• Approximately 25% travel, including international
• Expert in schedule creation and management for hardware products
• Proficient with materials planning and lead times for hardware builds
• Ability to design experiments (DOE) for hardware build configurations and hardware build management
• Strong motivational leadership skills
• Skilled at risk identification and mitigation across hardware
• Proven track record of interdisciplinary system integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components
• Experience with project/issue tracking and version control software
• Experience driving complex programs in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment
