Recruiting Operations Specialist

You will support existing recruiting technologies, identify and implement process improvements, and own recruiting data integrity. • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by scheduling interviews with speed and efficiency, and proactively identifying and implementing process improvements in scheduling workflows.
• Own recruiting data integrity by conducting routine audits, analyzing trends, and developing dashboards to support decision-making, and building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key recruiting metrics.
• Support existing recruiting technologies, including configuration, training, and creating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance integrations and overall efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience working with an ATS (e.g., Ashby, Workday) and other HR technologies
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong problem-solving mindset, especially in systems management and process improvements
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
