Creative Traffic Manager (12 month Fixed-Term Contract)

Join Darktrace, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Creative Traffic Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will manage workflows, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. You will be responsible for the intake process for new creative requests, facilitating briefings, assessing team capacity, allocating resources, managing project management tools, driving cross-functional collaboration, monitoring timelines, reviewing creative outputs, producing regular reporting, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This position offers a hybrid working model, with two days per week in the London office.

• Own and manage the intake process for new creative requests, ensuring all briefs are complete, clear, and actionable.
• Facilitate briefings and kick-offs, capturing key requirements and aligning stakeholders, while assessing team capacity and workload.
• Manage and optimise project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Workfront) to track progress and maintain transparency.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
• Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders when needed
• Exposure to a range of creative outputs (digital, web, print, campaigns)
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Adobe Workfront
• Experience in a traffic management, project management, or account coordination role (agency or in-house creative team preferred)
