About The Role
Join our team as a Technical Success Manager, where you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve lasting value from our cybersecurity technology. You will work closely with security, IT, and technical stakeholders to drive meaningful adoption of our platform, reduce risk, and achieve measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include building trusted relationships with customer teams, creating technical success plans, identifying high-value use cases, and guiding customers through the transition from deployment to active use. You will also provide insights into renewal readiness, growth discussions, and account strategy.
- Establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand their priorities and success outcomes.
- Creating practical technical success plans that help customers adopt the platform, reduce risk, and realize measurable value.
- Using product usage, engagement, and health indicators to identify adoption gaps, underutilization, and retention risks early, and guiding customers through the transition from deployment to active use.
- Familiarity with customer success platforms, health scoring, adoption analytics, and renewal governance is advantageous
- You have 3+ years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Product Specialist, or similar
- You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for customers and internal teams
- You bring strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- You know how to drive adoption, retention, technical value realisation, and customer health improvement
- You understand enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments
- Experience with security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response use cases is desirable
- You are confident engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, system administrators, technical leaders, and executives
