Operations Manager Intern - Barcelona

Join OVRSEA, a next-generation multimodal freight forwarder, as an Operations Manager Intern in Barcelona. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating international transportation, managing service providers, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This is a 6-month internship with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position.

• Coordination and management of international transport operations, including air, sea, road, and rail transport.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on shipment progress and resolving issues proactively.
• Developing and structuring supplier relationships and negotiations, and contributing to the team's knowledge and operational strategies.

**Are you the one?**

\- You are looking for a 6-month internship, with the option to transition to a full-time position afterward.

\- You are interested in the transport industry and a startup environment. You are curious by nature.

\- You can handle challenging situations: Ops days in transportation are exciting but intense. Lots of issues and requests at the same time, and non-stop deadlines. You think solutions rather than problems, and you are able to take initiative.

\- You have excellent communication skills.

\- **You are fluent in Spanish.** Good English level is also appreciated.
