Machine Learning Engineer

Join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer, where you will build and maintain production systems for training, deploying, monitoring, retraining, and serving machine-learning models. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, data engineering, and modeling, ensuring that ML works effectively in the real world. Your responsibilities will include building training and inference pipelines, serving predictions through APIs and batch jobs, and implementing monitoring systems to catch drift and degradation. The ideal candidate will have experience in taking models from prototype to reliable production and a strong background in Python and software engineering fundamentals.

• Construire des systèmes de production qui entraînent, déploient, surveillent, réentraînent et servent nos modèles d'apprentissage automatique de manière fiable.
• Développer des pipelines d'entraînement et d'inférence, servir des prédictions via des API et des travaux par lots, et mettre en place la surveillance qui détecte la dérive.
• Transformer les modèles que les scientifiques prototypent en systèmes sur lesquels l'entreprise peut compter.
• Monitoring and observability, plus reproducibility and versioning across data, features, and models
• Experience with ML frameworks, data pipelines, and model serving
• Cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and orchestration
• Experience taking models from prototype to reliable production
• Comfort with security and privacy controls for sensitive data
• Strong Python and software-engineering fundamentals
• Experience with feature stores or feature pipelines at scale
• Background in backend engineering, data engineering, MLOps, or platform engineering
• Familiarity with healthcare data and PHI-aware systems
