Senior Partnerships Manager (Health Plans)

Join Sprinter Health as a Senior Partnerships Manager, where you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of health plan partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and product teams to deliver strong outcomes for health plan partners and drive expansion across your accounts. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities within a portfolio of accounts.

• Are a self starter with a strong orientation toward problem-solving with a systematic and managed approach [re-word to be more focused on 0 to 1 systems building]
• Strong empathy for customers
• Track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities within a portfolio of accounts
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise partnerships, business operations, or investment banking with a focus on the healthcare vertical (Payors, Health Systems, Etc.)
• Experience working cross functionally with partnerships, operations, product, and other members of cross-functional teams
