Technical Talent Sourcer (Contract)

You will work closely with our in-house recruiting team to identify and engage exceptional candidates across various technical roles. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong pipelines, proactively screening candidates, collaborating with internal recruiters, scheduling interviews, and maintaining organized candidate records. • Collaborer avec l'équipe de recrutement interne pour prioriser les besoins en sourcing et les délais d'embauche.
• Identifier, engager et présélectionner proactivement des candidats en utilisant des outils tels que LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Construire et maintenir des pipelines solides pour les rôles techniques dans les domaines de l'ingénierie, des données, des produits et du design.
• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth VC backed start-up environments
• Ability to work independently and hit weekly sourcing goals
• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by results
• Passion for healthcare, technology, or mission-driven companies is a plus
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (required); experience with <Juicebox.ai> and Ashby (preferred)
• Bonus: Experience with Applied AI + ML searches
