About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer, where you will lead the end-to-end design of mission-critical interfaces at the intersection of human-computer interaction and aerospace engineering. You will be responsible for mapping the entire service ecosystem, designing intuitive patterns for AI/ML features, architecting visualizations for high-bandwidth data streams, and ensuring mission-critical security and reliability. You will also own the full design cycle, build advanced prototypes, research and implement AI-assisted design workflows, contribute to our specialized design system, and work closely with engineering.

  • Lead the end-to-end design of mission-critical interfaces, translating research and feedback into high-fidelity, testable prototypes.
  • Map multi-user, multi-environment workflows and architect visualizations for high-bandwidth data streams and telemetry.
  • Own the full design cycle, from deep-dive user research and discovery calls to ideation, high-fidelity prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Systems Thinker: Deep experience in Information Architecture and a track record of simplifying high-density data for professional users
  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of modern web technologies (React, Node.js) and the ability to design for the constraints of real-time, high-security cloud/on-prem environments
  • Startup Mentality: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple concurring projects, and iterating rapidly in a Lean/Agile environment
  • US Citizenship (future security clearance may be required)
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Interaction Design, preferably within complex enterprise SaaS, industrial software, or aerospace
  • Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Must be located in the US
  • Expert Prototyper: Proven ability to move from abstract service blueprints to high-fidelity, testable prototypes that simulate real-world data and logic
