Director of Product Management (Health Plan Data Products)

Join H1, a leading healthcare data company, as the Director of Product Management for Health Plan Data Products. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the product roadmap, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization and directly with customers. You will have a deep understanding of the health plan market and will contribute to defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features that improve data quality, interoperability, and user experience. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth go-to-market and customer adoption.

• You are an experienced product manager, with a background in data as a service products, ideally in the provider space
• You are comfortable advocating for your product with peers and when needed, escalating when you are blocked by other teams
• Proven ability to translate customer needs and technical capabilities into clear, actionable product requirements
• Strong understanding of APIs, data feeds, data products, and B2B integrations
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders
• 7+ years of experience in DaaS product management, preferably in healthcare data, especially provider data
