AI Software Engineer (Member of Technical Staff, Agents)

Join our team as an AI Software Engineer, where you will design and develop AI agents that navigate the digital world and perform valuable tasks for users. You will work on training action and decision models, providing excellent user experiences across various platforms, and implementing secure-by-design capabilities. You will also collaborate with fellow engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists to integrate core functionality into our AI products.

• Designing and implementing AI agents to navigate the digital world and perform valuable tasks for users.
• Training action and decision models to determine how to accomplish user-specified objectives based on complex multimodal states.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate core functionality into AI products and ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Context engineering and tool interfaces for frontier AI models
• Comfortable working with a small, fast-moving team, must be willing to dive in and take ownership
• Strong foundational familiarity with the full AI product stack
• Significant experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Strong product intuition and taste for user experience excellence
• A passion for shipping products that surprise and delight
• Browser technologies (CDP, Playwright, extension development, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python (bonus points for TypeScript, Go, and/or Rust)
• Post-training and reinforcement learning (particularly for multimodal models)
