Executive Communications Manager

Join Perplexity as a Senior Manager, Executive Communications. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our leadership, creating exceptional executive communications and managing complex information flow during high-growth phases. You will develop a unique voice for our executives, synthesize complex topics into clear narratives, and lead change management communications. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in executive communications, a proven track record of supporting senior executives, and world-class writing and storytelling skills.

• Architect and amplify the voices of executives through exceptional and strategic communications.
• Lead the management of complex information flow during high-growth phases, including all-hands presentations and Slack communications.
• Develop a unique and authentic voice for executives and company leaders, synthesizing complex topics into clear narratives.

• Extreme comfort working with senior executives, principled confrontation, and inspiring audiences in multiple formats and contexts

• Deep familiarity with the rules with an interest in breaking them
• 7+ years of experience in executive communications, ideally within a high-growth technology company or leading communication agency.
• Proven track record of supporting senior executives and managing complex change management initiatives
• World-class writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to capture different executive tones.
