Internal Communications Manager

Join Perplexity as an Internal Communications Manager, where you will build the internal communications function from the ground up. You will be responsible for how information flows through the company, shaping what employees think, feel, know, and do. This role offers executive exposure from day one and requires a passion for strategic communication, world-class writing skills, and a proven track record in change management.

• Comfort using AI tools in your workflow, and the ability to say exactly where and how you use them
• Sharp judgment under pressure. You decide fast, say the hard thing kindly, and hold the line on quality on launch day
• A builder, not a maintainer. You've stood a function up, not just kept one running
• A passion for the truth well-told
• Proven change-management instincts. You've delivered complex news to a whole company and kept trust intact
• 6+ years in internal, executive, or corporate communications, ideally inside a high-growth technology company
• Deep familiarity with the rules of corporate comms, and a clear point of view on which ones to break and when
