Senior IT Systems Engineer

Join our team as a Senior IT Systems Engineer, where you'll have a high-impact role in building systems and automations to enhance our team's efficiency. You'll utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, manage office buildouts, optimize corporate software systems, and enforce strong security policies. You'll also deliver fast support, lead IT projects, and train staff on IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in macOS and Google Workspace, experience with ticketing systems, a solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals, and 5+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience.

• Clear communication and a genuine interest in automating away busywork
• Hands-on expertise administering and automating Okta, including HRIS integrations and end‑to‑end user lifecycle automation using Okta Workflows; scripting experience with Bash or Python is highly preferred
• Sharp troubleshooting instincts across MDM, Okta, and networking
• 5+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience
• A track record of leading IT projects from upgrade to rollout with minimum supervision
