Strategic Finance Lead (Core)

Join our Strategic Finance team as a Strategic Finance Lead (Core). In this role, you will own core financial responsibilities, develop and maintain financial models, lead special projects, and help build scalable processes. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, experience in strategic finance, and a passion for AI technology.

• Develop and own core financial models used for strategic planning and decision-making, including aggregating projections and feedback across all major teams in the organization.
• Lead various special projects required by C-suite and VPs related to corporate finance and accounting, and help develop and build scalable processes and well-defined metrics.
• Independently identify areas within the organization that need analytical support and use analysis to drive clarity in critical decision-making.
• The ideal candidate combines strong financial rigor with intellectual curiosity about AI technology, bias for action, and creativity in problem solving
• Ability to take ownership and execute on ambiguous tasks with first principles mindset
• Experience in building financial analysis and planning and implementing various processes to improve visibility across spend, budgeting, and procurement
• At least 2 years of banking or financial planning experience at a top-tier firm
• At least 4+ years of strategic finance / FP&A role at another growth-stage startup
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work cross-functionally across various engineering, product, growth, and operations teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
