About The Role
Join Dimension, a logistics company focused on sustainability. As a Business Operations Associate, you'll be trained in sales and sales operations, with a focus on customer success. This early career role is ideal for graduates with 1-3 years of experience who are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and have a strong work ethic. You'll work from our San Francisco office four days a week and have the opportunity to grow within the company.
- Become a successful Account Executive by mastering the sales process and building deep relationships with customers and providers.
- Price quote orders, understand market competitiveness, and source and onboard new providers for underserved markets.
- Understand and improve the company's software, including AI models, and collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals.
- The best candidate is someone that wants to win deals as a salesperson but also understand that for a logistics company like Dimension, a major part of customer experience is about implementing orders
- A positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a strong desire to achieve their goals
- Based in San Francisco and able to work from the San Francisco office (downtown right outside the Montgomery BART station) 4 days a week
- Strong technical skills; good with learning new tools
- Preferred previous work experience in the following field: working as a broker or middleman, sales and trading, customer success for complicated products
- High attention to detail, and trainable to learn new process
- TLDR for the ideal candidate: a hardworking self-starter with a "trader mindset" and cares to craft salesmanship. Someone that thrives/ loves to a) make a market and close deals; b) communicate with strangers and deeply cares about your customers/ providers via phone calls, text, and emails; c) great with technology
- Self-motivated and have a stellar work ethic. You can probably expect 50-60 hour work week weekly, in order to ramp up properly
- Early career role. Ideal for graduates with 1-3 years of full time work experience
