AI Product Engineer

Join Evaneos, a travel company dedicated to creating local, responsible, and human experiences for travelers. As an AI Product Engineer, you will design, build, and operate AI products that enhance the travel experience. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to create meaningful experiences for users.

• Concevoir, construire et exploiter des produits d'IA, en particulier des agents d'IA, en prenant en charge l'architecture, l'ingénierie des contextes et l'évaluation de la qualité.
• Assurer la viabilité économique des produits d'IA en trouvant le bon équilibre entre qualité, rapidité et coût, et en surveillant les performances en production.
• Participer activement à la direction du produit, en traduisant les contraintes techniques en options de produit et en communiquant proactivement sur les progrès, les décisions et les obstacles.

**⚙️ Technical skills**

• You have at least **5 years of software development** experience and are comfortable with APIs and data stores.
• You've **built and deployed AI agents in production with** real users: not just PoCs or hackathon projects.
• You've set up or contributed to **LLM evaluation pipelines** (offline benchmarks and/or online metrics) and have designed **guardrails**.
• You have hands-on experience with **observability for LLM systems**: tracing, monitoring, diagnosing regressions from traces (Langfuse, LangSmith, or equivalent).
