Software Engineer (Product, Frontend-Leaning)

• Concevoir et développer des expériences produit client de bout en bout, en prenant en charge les fonctionnalités orientées client depuis le concept jusqu'à la production.
• Diriger la mise en œuvre du frontend pour des produits complexes, en construisant des expériences utilisateur intuitives et performantes tout en apportant un jugement solide sur l'architecture du frontend.
• Renforcer les fondations de notre frontend en améliorant les performances, la maintenabilité, l'expérience développeur et la qualité technique de notre application React.
• Experience using AI coding agents in your daily workflow and excitement about how AI is changing software development
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, with the ability to comfortably move between frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
• A strong product mindset and track record of owning customer-facing features from idea through launch
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bias toward ownership and shipping, especially in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Experience partnering closely with product managers and designers to turn ambiguous problems into polished user experiences
• 4+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production software
• Exceptional frontend engineering fundamentals, including experience building large React applications and making sound decisions around architecture, performance, maintainability, and developer experience
• Experience working on B2B SaaS, operational software, support tooling, or workflow-heavy products
• Experience with our full stack: TypeScript, React, Storybook, and data visualization libraries such as Visx, D3, Chart.js, or similar
• Experience improving frontend performance, application architecture, build systems, or developer experience at scale
