Product Design Manager (Visibility & Spend Control)

• Partner with the Group Product Manager and Engineering Director to set and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Visibility and Spend Control group.
• Manage and mentor a small team of designers, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence in design practices while championing quality and user-centered design principles.
• Design, prototype, and ship experiences that help users make smarter financial decisions, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to elevate the team’s thinking and execution.
• We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about leading and coaching designers as they are about staying close to the craft and making an impact on users through their own IC work
• You excel at collaborating, synthesizing feedback and driving projects forward, even when there are differing opinions in the room
• You are proficient in Figma and the first to try to make your process more efficient through Claude, ChatGPT and Figma’s latest releases
• You have at least 8 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of impactful design solutions and effective team leadership
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a role with design management responsibilities
• You are not only an effective executor but also a skilled mentor, capable of leading initiatives from concept to completion while guiding other team members
