Contract UX Researcher (Part-Time)

Join Nadia Care as a part-time contract UX Researcher. In this role, you will lead member discovery research, conduct interviews, synthesize findings, and develop personas to inform our product strategies. You will design and implement a member outreach strategy, identify friction points, and surface early retention signals. This is a remote position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week for about 4 months, with the potential for extension.

• Lead member discovery research by conducting interviews and synthesizing findings.
• Design and implement a member outreach strategy, including recruitment channels and group formats.
• Identify friction points and synthesize qualitative findings into clearly defined member personas.
• Strong qualitative research skills: you're comfortable with unstructured conversations and can pull patterns out of messy, real-world data
• Ability to move fast
• Experience coordinating with clinical or care team staff (navigators, case managers, CHWs) to conduct research
• Sensitivity to the unique dynamics of member interactions
• 3+ years of UX or qualitative research experience, ideally in healthcare or another healthcare-adjacent space
