Technical Account Consultant (EMEA)

Join Orgvue, a rapidly growing international company, as a Technical Account Consultant. In this role, you will support both partners and direct customers, helping them get sustained value from the Orgvue platform. You will apply your deep platform expertise to review, improve, and optimize customer configurations, contribute hands-on configuration changes, and support users with technical queries. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, partners, and other teams to ensure technical guidance aligns with customer objectives.

• Contribuer aux modifications de configuration pratiques et expliquer clairement les décisions de configuration aux utilisateurs.
• Two plus years of Orgvue experience
• Bachelor’s Degree Required, ideally in Information Sciences or Business Studies
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Data analysis skills essential; knowledge of statistics modelling is preferred
• Client-facing experience, established communication skills and comfort speaking and presenting to customers of all levels
