Innovation & Technology Transfer Engineer - Microbiology & Molecular Biology

As an Innovation & Technology Transfer Engineer, you will oversee the development and scale-up of molecular biology and microbiology processes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a smooth transition from R&D to production. This role requires scientific rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy, and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's success.

• Oversight of the development and scale-up of molecular biology and microbiology processes, ensuring their continuous improvement.
• Acting as the point of contact for process maturation, taking protocols from proof-of-concept to stable, robust implementation.
• Identifying bottlenecks, measuring and optimizing handling times, and evolving processes in line with the pipeline’s needs.

We would be delighted to hear from an engineer (with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, from an engineering school or a postgraduate programme) specialising in biotechnology, biological engineering, microbiology or a related field, ideally with 2–4 years’ experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical or industrial R&D sectors.
