About The Role

Join Tennr as an AI Operations Lead, where you'll be at the forefront of integrating AI into every aspect of the organization. This high-visibility role involves setting the AI strategy, identifying high-leverage use cases, building solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation. You'll work closely with the founders and report to the VP of Business Operations. Key responsibilities include owning the internal AI roadmap, running discovery across all functions, building and deploying internal AI products, managing the AI tool stack and budget, measuring AI adoption and impact, running the enablement program, setting governance, and partnering with Engineering and Finance.

  • Own the internal AI roadmap, run quarterly planning, set priorities, and publish them across the organization.
  • Run discovery across every function, identify the highest-leverage use cases, prioritize by ROI and feasibility, and ship internal AI products.
  • Measure and report on AI adoption and impact, track time saved, output per head, and error rates, and publish a monthly AI scorecard to the executive team.
  • Generalist comfort across commercial, operational, and technical contexts. You’re equally credible with the CFO and the IC engineer
  • Strong technical fluency. You can stand up a working product, workflow, or tool without waiting on Engineering
  • Bonus: healthcare or regulated-industry experience, prior platform PM role, or hands-on agentic AI build experience (LangChain, Anthropic SDK, OpenAI Assistants, Cursor, Glean, etc.)
  • Experience running change management: rolling out a tool, process, or platform across a large org with measurable adoption on the other end
  • Strong written communication. You can write a one-pager the executive team will read and actually use
  • Deep curiosity about how a business actually works. You want to understand how every team operates, where the friction is, and what’s worth fixing
  • Background in product management, business operations, internal tools, or an early-stage AI company. 1-3 years of experience, though we care more about what you’ve built than how long you’ve been doing it
  • You’ve shipped AI products or AI-powered operating processes at scale inside a high-growth company
