About The Role

Join Tennr as an Enterprise Forward Deployed Engineer, where you'll lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of automation solutions for large-scale health systems and enterprise partners. Lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of automation solutions for complex customers.
Own enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end, from pre-sale discovery and business case alignment to go-live and expansion.
Act as a trusted technical advisor and project lead, working closely with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to team-wide best practices
A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred
Skilled at communicating technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic, scalable solutions
Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture
Business acumen and domain fluency — ideally in healthcare or similarly complex industries
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environments
3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design
High ownership mindset and urgency — proactive, resourceful, and impact-driven
Experience navigating complex org structures and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success
Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions
