About The Role
Join our team as a Cloud Network Engineer, where you'll design and operate the network and network security for our expanding cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. This role involves architecting the network, building cluster networking for Kubernetes, and defining network infrastructure as code. You'll work closely with the Kubernetes team and have the opportunity to shape the future of secure, multi-region cloud networking. Enjoy a flexible work environment, generous paid time off, and various benefits to support your wellness and growth.
- Architect and operate the Azure and AWS network as the company expands into new regions, ensuring robust network security for regulated clients.
- Design network security for agentic workloads, focusing on isolation, segmentation, and egress control, while leveraging AI for anomaly detection and automated runbooks.
- Collaborate closely with the Kubernetes team to build cluster networking for a fast-growing Kubernetes fleet, defining network infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- 2+ years on Azure (AWS a plus), with cloud networking as a core strength
- Hands-on Kubernetes networking — CNI, ingress/egress, and network policies
- Identity and authentication experience, such as Azure Entra ID / AD
- Automation-first — you write it, not just read it
- Experience designing cloud network security and zero-trust controls
- Deep networking fundamentals — DNS, routing, firewalls, segmentation, and VNet/VPC
- Comfortable using AI tooling in an engineering or operations context
- Scaling networks across multiple regions or a large Kubernetes fleet
- Service mesh — Istio, Linkerd, or Cilium — and east-west policy control
- Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability tooling
- AWS networking alongside Azure
- Securing AI, ML, or agentic workloads at the network layer
