People & Places Program Manager

Join Intapp as a People & Places Program Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in strategic initiative management and day-to-day operational support. Reporting directly to the Chief People & Places Officer, you'll manage special initiatives tied to our long-term people strategy, support ad hoc projects, and serve as a trusted operational partner. • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic people initiatives, including planning, tracking milestones, managing stakeholders, and surfacing risks.
• Partner directly with the People & Places leadership team to keep cross-functional projects aligned and on schedule, and develop clear project documentation.
• Support the CPPO in preparing materials for leadership reviews, board updates, and all-hands sessions, and manage the CPPO's calendar with a high degree of judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you write clearly and know how to tailor a message to the audience
• Demonstrated experience in program management, project management, or a structured coordination role
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities without losing quality or composure
• Proficiency across Microsoft 365 — including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook — with the ability to build polished, executive-ready materials
• Discretion and good judgment — you'll be trusted with confidential information and will handle it accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience using Claude or other AI tools in a professional setting to accelerate research, drafting, or analysis
• Exposure to HR, People Operations, or a related function
• Experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or equivalent platforms
