Senior Product Manager (Artificial Intelligence)

• Ownership of significant parts of the platform roadmap, driving delivery from concept to client adoption.
• Writing requirements, leading engineering ceremonies, shaping positioning, and serving as a subject matter expert on agentic AI.
• Translating platform strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap for Celeste capabilities and integrations.
• Strong communication skills: you can present to senior leaders, align engineering and go-to-market teams, and earn trust with enterprise clients in the same week
• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI platforms, with demonstrated ownership of customer-facing features from concept through adoption
• Experience managing cross-product or platform integrations, with ability to connect feature decisions to a broader platform story
• Previous experience in a startup or founder role; comfort with fast-moving, resource-constrained environments
• Hands-on and analytical — you're comfortable pulling data, running a SQL query, or building a pivot table to support a product argument
• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, and data platforms at a level that supports productive technical conversations
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; you drive to outcomes without waiting for perfect information
• Proven track record shipping AI or ML capabilities to production — you understand retrieval, LLMs, agent orchestration, and context windows well enough to write meaningful requirements
• Experience in compliance-adjacent products or governed AI environments
• Familiarity with professional and financial services industries — legal, accounting, consulting, or private capital
