GTM Recruiter

• Améliorer continuellement les processus de recrutement pour augmenter l'efficacité, réduire le temps de recrutement et améliorer la qualité des embauches.
• Strong willingness to take ownership of a team's hiring goals and proactively drive recruiting process improvements to achieve those goals
• Proven success sourcing great candidates for Sales teams
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a rapidly growing startup environment with big headcount goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
