Accounting Manager (Temporary Contract Position, 12 Months)

Join our team as an Accounting Manager for a temporary 12-month contract position. In this role, you will provide support across Corporate Accounting and Accounting Operations during the NetSuite ERP reimplementation, while ensuring continuity of month-end close activities, financial reporting, and compliance deliverables. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, supporting the month-end close processes, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP accounting standards, and assisting with the NetSuite ERP reimplementation. This position requires a hands-on accounting professional with strong general ledger expertise and practical NetSuite experience.

• Professional accounting designation, such as CPA Canada or U.S. CPA, preferred
• 5–7 years of progressive corporate accounting, public accounting, or accounting operations experience
• Strong ability to independently manage priorities, meet deadlines, communicate progress, and escalate issues as needed
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, reimplementation, data validation, data migration, testing, process documentation, or system-related accounting projects is an asset
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills within an accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting context
• Hands-on experience using NetSuite ERP is required
