Senior Internal Audit & SOX Compliance Analyst (SOX Compliance)

Join our finance organization as a Senior Internal Audit & SOX Compliance Analyst. In this hybrid role, you will support the SOX program and conduct financial and operational audits. You will develop an understanding of the business process, evaluate controls, manage deficiencies, and participate in project teams. You will also conduct fieldwork activities, document audit workpapers, and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations. • Develop an understanding of the business process, assess relevant risks through the SOX lens, and evaluate controls.
• Manage deficiencies from identification through to remediation, prepare status reports, and ensure new/changing business processes are SOX compliant.
• Participate in planning, scoping, and scheduling independent, risk-based audits, conduct fieldwork activities, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Experience collaborating across multiple internal departments and geographies and working with remote colleagues and stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and ability to challenge the status quo
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) / Bill198 (CSOX), and business and system process best practices
• BS/BA or MS/MA in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as a part of a team to deliver results while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
