Senior Director of Healthcare Partnerships (Scholars Network)

Join Scholars Network as the Senior Director of Healthcare Partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will drive the growth and scaling of our partnerships with healthcare employers, focusing on building new partnerships and expanding current ones. You will own the end-to-end pipeline and outreach leadership, manage external partnerships, and lead the full sales cycle. Additionally, you will develop sales materials, iterate on financial models, and support leadership with strategic initiatives. A bachelor's degree and experience in healthcare education pathways are required.

• Establish and grow partnerships with healthcare employers to drive revenue and impact for the Scholars Network.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
• Develop and maintain sales materials, financial models, and proposals to effectively communicate the value of Scholars Network's solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team environment
• You are able to travel ~10% of the time
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over results and team outcomes
• A bachelor’s degree is required
• Knowledge of healthcare education pathways, particularly nursing and allied health
• Demonstrated experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing or outreach campaigns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and marketing/reporting tools
