Corporate IT & Operations Working Student

Join Trade Republic, a leading fintech company, as a Corporate IT & Operations Working Student. In this role, you will support various IT operations, including device lifecycle management, onboarding, access provisioning, and documentation of IT processes. You will also assist with audits, compliance checks, and IT inventory, as well as support SaaS tools and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for students enrolled in IT, engineering, business informatics, or a similar field who are curious about how IT works in a real company.

• Supporting the laptop and device lifecycle, including setup, allocation, and offboarding.
• Assisting with onboarding and access provisioning, and helping document IT processes and workflows.
• Supporting SaaS tools and assisting with audits, compliance checks, and IT inventory.
• Willing to ask questions and take ownership
• Reliable, structured, and proactive
• Enrolled as a student (IT, engineering, business informatics, or similar)
• Curious about how IT works in a real company
• Comfortable learning new tools and processes
• Able to work in English (German is a plus, not mandatory)
