Social Media Manager

• Support the development of social strategy and marketing campaigns, and manage daily channel operations.
• Drive audience and engagement growth across all owned channels to increase brand awareness and advocacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute social strategy for brand launches and contribute to content creation.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Highly proactive, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners to make things happen with limited resources
• A customer-first mindset, with a passion for creating memorable content moments; willingness to challenge "what's expected" when it comes to the brand content landscape
• 3-5 years experience working in social media management and content development within the beauty industry or related sectors
• Strong communication written and verbal skills and attention to detail, particularly in regards to consumer-facing content
• Must have experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut or other video editing software
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and social media analytical reporting platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizational teams, building cross-functional relationships and advocating for brand outcomes
• Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
