Vendor Onboarding Project Manager

Join our team as a Vendor Onboarding Project Manager, where you will lead the successful onboarding and launch of new Marketplace vendors. You will serve as the primary coordinator across various departments, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness. Your responsibilities will include project leadership and delivery, cross-functional leadership, operational excellence and scalability, documentation and knowledge management, and measuring success. You will have the opportunity to continuously improve onboarding processes and develop scalable frameworks that accelerate vendor launches globally.

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and launch activities for new and existing Marketplace vendors, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness.
• Act as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Finance, Fulfillment, and Marketplace Operations, facilitating project meetings and decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate and improve vendor onboarding processes, documentation, and operational workflows, developing scalable onboarding frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, integrations, and software implementation lifecycles
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations, Technical Implementations, or related fields
• Experience within SaaS, Marketplace, Rewards, FinTech, or eCommerce environments is considered an asset
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Experience developing scalable operational processes and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
